In 1870, a son from the “Fugsölerhof” farm built a small farmyard here, and the practicing carpenter kept livestock on the side.
In the 70s and 80s a bachelor from St. Andrä, “Ramwalder Hans” lived on the farm; and at some point the farm came to be called “Ramwalder Hof”. The farm consisted of a farmstead and a feeding barn. The farm burned down in 1985 for inexplicable reasons. Until the year 2010 the burned ruins of the “Ramwalder Hof” farm were still standing.
“Through our research, and the reference to “Fugsölerhof”, it was clear to us that we had to give the farm its original name “Fuchsmaurerhof” back.
This is the reason why the vacation home and apartments here rightly got back their apparently long-forgotten name: “Fuchsmaurer Hof“
